Getting to create a logo and graphics for Rhode Island little league team St. Greg's was a dream come true as a freshman in college, and I took every chance I got to make something new, from snack shack gift cards to alternate team logos. I went for a turquoise and vermillion scheme with heavy outlines and block letters, attempting to provoke a retro feel for the historic league.
The logo I created on Microsoft Paint remains in use today, and has been printed on trophies, signs, polos, and team uniforms. I still have a strong passion for sports-related design and symbology, and follow professional sports uniform and logo changes obsessively.
